Wu Shicun

Dr. Wu Shicun is the founder and president of the Huayang Ocean Research Center. He is a senior research fellow and Ph.D. in history. He also serves as Chairman of the Academic Board of China's National Institute for South China Sea Studies (NISCSS). Dr. Wu's research interests include South China Sea issues, maritime boundary delimitation, and international relations in the Asia-Pacific region. He has published numerous books and articles on maritime security and regional cooperation.
